Child Law covers criminal, family and civil aspects of the law affecting children - and ranges from offending to care proceedings to parental conflict to human rights (and international treaties) to education, work and employment - making it of considerable interest to a wide range of people who wish to understand the 'bigger picture' against which child protection, youth justice and other child-related public and community responsibilities occur and intersect.
